THE NYNE OFFER · QUALIFICATION TERMS

Have an offer for your company’s data? Let Nyne beat it.

Nyne will beat a qualifying written offer for your company’s operational data.

The comparison covers the same eligible dataset, licensing rights, payment conditions and required work. Qualification terms below explain what counts and how the comparison works.

Submit your company details, then discuss the offer during the follow-up conversation. No raw records or confidential third-party documents are needed for the initial inquiry.

Compare what you will receive—and what you will provide

A larger headline number can describe a larger dataset, more restrictive rights or additional employee work. Put the underlying terms next to the price before deciding.

Keep optional future opportunities on their own line. An estimated royalty or a possible second purchase is different from committed payment for the initial dataset.

What qualifies for Nyne’s offer

A qualifying offer is a current, genuine written offer from an independent third party to license operational records your business has the authority to license. It identifies the company, dataset, price, material rights and payment conditions, and remains open for acceptance when Nyne reviews it.

Nyne’s current company program is for operating businesses with at least 20 full-time U.S. W-2 employees, at least three years in business, and a decision-maker authorized to approve the license. The proposed dataset must also be eligible for Nyne’s program: available records, documented authority to license the agreed scope, and a fit with an identified data requirement. Nyne assesses that fit during review; company size alone does not establish qualification. Any scope or eligibility condition must be identified before Nyne confirms that the competing offer qualifies.

The offer and Nyne’s proposal must cover materially equivalent records, permitted uses, duration, exclusivity, delivery and acceptance obligations, payment schedule, and required supplier work. If those differ, we first identify and agree on a comparable scope.

We compare the net contracted cash amount for that scope, payable if the same delivery and acceptance conditions are met. Calculator estimates, promotional “up to” amounts, expired or unverifiable offers, speculative future revenue and separate compensation for new employee work do not qualify as the competing price. For different currencies, both parties must agree on the conversion basis before comparison.

Once qualification and equivalent terms are confirmed, Nyne will provide a written proposal for a higher amount. No fixed percentage uplift is promised. The signed agreement defines the final scope, obligations and payment schedule.

How to start

  1. Submit your company details. Use the current inquiry form to provide contact, company and eligibility information. During follow-up, discuss which systems and period the offer covers, its quoted amount and expiry date.
  2. Check whether the terms are comparable. Nyne will identify the information needed to verify the offer and assess the dataset. Share only information you are permitted to disclose; do not send confidential documents without permission.
  3. Review Nyne’s written proposal. Compare the confirmed amount and full terms before deciding whether to proceed.

Common questions

Does a calculator estimate count?

No. An online range can help you decide whether to explore licensing, but the competing offer must specify an actual package and commercial terms.

Does this mean Nyne always pays more than every other company?

The commitment applies to qualifying written offers under the terms above. It does not compare every dataset, every historical transaction or every competitor’s advertised maximum.

What if we already signed an agreement?

Describe any restrictions first. A second offer does not override existing commitments, exclusivity or limits on sharing information.

We do not have an offer yet. Can we still contact Nyne?

Yes. Tell Nyne about your business to begin the conversation.
