Randy D. Podolsky has dedicated over 45 years to serving entrepreneurial, corporate, institutional, and Not-For-Profit clients through his company, Riverwoods Development Partners. Active in commercial real estate investment, financing, and markets, Randy has completed numerous development and redevelopment projects over his distinguished career. He is also deeply committed to community service, serving as a volunteer member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and as President and Founder of the Waukegan Water Safety Association. One of his notable achievements includes the development of Navy Pier Marina, a 100% transient marina, which he conceived at Chicago’s Navy Pier, the city’s premier tourist attraction.
