HKDC promotes the strategic use of design to create value for business and society, and to advance Hong Kong as an international design hub in Asia. Major design programmes include Design December, Business of Design Week (BODW), DFA Awards, Knowledge of Design Week (KODW), Design Incubation Programme (DIP), Fashion Incubation Programme (FIP), Fashion Asia Hong Kong and Design Spectrum (DS).
