The City of Darebin is a large municipality in Melbourne’s inner north with a population of approximately 140K people from 153 countries speaking 147 different languages. Nearly 45% of Darebin’s households speak two or more languages. Darebin is recognised as an important area of Indigenous history and the original inhabitants of Darebin are the Wurundjeri people. We celebrate our diversity and community and strive to build the City of Darebin as the place to live.
