Security is a top priority at Nyne. If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, noticed suspicious activity, or have a security-related concern (including questions about how we handle data), we want to hear from you as quickly as possible.

When emailing, please include as much of the following as you can:

• A clear description of the issue and what you observed
• Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
• Affected URLs, endpoints, or account/workspace details
• Screenshots, logs, timestamps, and any relevant identifiers
• Your contact information for follow-up

We review security reports promptly and will respond with next steps, including any additional details we need to investigate. If the issue impacts customers, we will share updates and remediation guidance as appropriate.
